Here's our press release about the event:
Curious about some of Grandma’s antiques or the value of your own family heirlooms? Here’s your opportunity to learn more about a special item and its value. It’s part adventure, part history lesson, and a whole lot of fun.
Join us as the Hanover Historical Society presents its second Antique Appraisal Fair on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 10 a.m. until noon at Hanover City Hall.
Admission is $1 without items. If you want items valued, cost is $5; two items per person. If you are a Hanover Historical Society member, or want to join the day of the event, your fee will be waived. As time is limited, this is a first-come, first-served event. Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. You’ll want to come early to ensure your item is eligible for an appraisal – and to enjoy a cup of coffee and donut.
